Fantomasus01

Fantomas (approx. 1867-1912?) was a French criminal mastermind known as "The Lord of Terror" and "The Genius of Evil" whose many crimes spanning decades were chronicled by Marcel Allain and Pierre Souvestre. His real name is unknown, although he pretended to many different nationalities and identities, including those of his victims (Fantomas was a master of disguise). In particular he was famous for bizarre methods of murder. He was said to have been aboard RMS Titanic when she sank.

Fantomas is a figure in the French Wold Newton Universe line of speculation, wherein it is theorized that he was the son of Rocambole.
