Philea Jane Fogg-Fog is discussed by Philip José Farmer in Doc Savage: HIs Apocalyptic Life and The Lavalite World. The daughter of Englishwoman Roxana Fogg by her second husband, Hardin Blaze Fog of Texas, she married an English doctor named Reginald Syn who died leaving her no children. She then married a wealthy American named Park Joseph Finnegan and together they had a son. Finnegan, having drunk away all the family's money, abandoned his wife on discovering her pregnancy, and Philea died in an accident six months after giving birth. Relatives of her husband adopted the child, naming him Paul Janus Finnegan. He would later become better known to Farmer's readers as Kickaha.
