Simon MacNichols is Wold Newton researcher C. Richard Davies's name for the second English coachman cited (but not named or otherwise referred to) by Philip José Farmer in Doc Savage: His Apocalyptic Life (in the passage about the Blake family).

According to the claims of Mr. Davies, Simon MacNichols (1773-1814) is the progenitor of a branch of the Wold Newton Family through his eight daughters. References to MacNichols in scholarly articles are mostly passim, and he and his family are not generally accepted as component parts of the Wold Newton Universe.
